the hotel was clean and close to the conference center. the employees were great and told us about the shuttle service to the Verizon Arena. we didn't ask them to fix our heater and used both blankets. it worked out really well!

The location was great, and the shuttle service was wonderful. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Despite this, the staff was amazing and made our stay comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel.

Convenient shuttle to Verizon Arena, parking garage, accessible to restaurants.
Felt really comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.

staying at la quinta was a good experience. the employees were helpful and informed us about the hotel's shuttle service to and from the Verizon Arena. the location downtown Arkansas and close to the highway was convenient and not too busy.

We had a blast staying at this hotel with our group of friends. The staff was incredibly friendly and engaging, making our experience even more enjoyable. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was excellent, allowing us to stay connected. The location was perfect for our business needs, and we appreciated amenities like the 24-hour reception and business center. The rooms were clean and neat, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. it was a great stay with wonderful staff and convenient amenities.
The noise from outside and within the hotel. We could hear the sounds of cars on the street and the loud doors slamming.

I chose La Quinta for its proximity to the Clinton Presidential Library. However, the customer service agents surprised me with their exceptional assistance. The free Bright Side Breakfast® was a delightful morning perk, offering delicious waffles and eggs.
Dirty surroundings and squeaking elevators.
